Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of reseller.ggmobilegamers.com, the reseller portal operated for GG Mobile Gamers services. By creating an account, placing an order, using wallet features, or accessing API tools, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your login details, API keys, wallet access, and two-step verification codes secure. You must provide accurate account and business information and promptly update it when it changes.

2. Digital Products and Fulfillment

The reseller portal may provide game top-ups, digital codes, gift cards, wallet services, and related digital products. Product availability, regions, prices, processing times, and provider stock can change without notice. You are responsible for selecting the correct product, region, amount, and customer account details before submitting an order.

3. Wallet, Pricing, and Payments

Wallet balances, fees, exchange rates, and displayed pricing may be updated based on provider cost, currency, payment method, stock, or operational rules. A submitted order is not guaranteed until it is accepted and processed. We may delay, reject, or cancel an order when payment, balance, stock, account information, fraud checks, or provider status prevents completion.

4. Refunds and Order Issues

Refund eligibility depends on product type, provider rules, order status, and whether digital value has already been delivered or used. Many digital products and successful top-ups are final. If an order cannot be completed, we may issue wallet credit, a replacement, or another resolution at our discretion. Incorrect customer information may delay or prevent delivery.

5. Reseller Responsibilities

Resellers are responsible for their own customers, storefront claims, local compliance, pricing, customer support, and chargebacks. Do not sell restricted, misleading, unauthorized, or illegal products through the portal. Do not misuse API access, attempt to bypass limits, scrape systems, reverse engineer workflows, or interfere with service operation.

6. Chargebacks, Fraud, and Abuse

We may suspend accounts, freeze wallet access, hold orders, request additional verification, or refuse service if we detect fraud risk, payment disputes, unauthorized access, suspicious activity, abuse, or violation of these terms.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep the portal available, but downtime, maintenance, provider outages, API errors, stock changes, network issues, and third-party delays may occur. We are not responsible for losses caused by interruptions outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All site design, portal tools, code, documentation, branding, and service content belong to GG Mobile Gamers or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Product names, game names, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the portal and services are provided as available. GG Mobile Gamers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order or wallet transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
